My home buying experience was not good but not the worst experience either. Transaction was smooth but customer service was below standard and I feel I am not that picky. Just provide me service when needed and keep the buyer informed. You have to stay on them to get things fixed that you may need to get repaired. If parts need to be ordered it takes very long and with no update and how is one to know if it even got ordered or not. Where do I start lol… Timberline was good to me and my family Mrs. Beth who has now went to the Dothan office kept her word and made sure I got in my home!! Staff was friendly but they don't offer as much when it comes to set up. Other places we've been offer dirt pad and other things needed for delivery and set up so it keeps purchasing cheaper. This place does not.
