my mother purchased and paid for her home in full. it has been over a week and my mother did not receive appliances that she ordered, not just that today it's cold out and she has no HEAT. the claim is in cold weather it can't properly be installed! ok well last week I wasn't cold! She's a older woman single lady who needs heat this is unacceptable! her house is paid in full !!
