Started our buying process in may and our home was delivered in July ❤️ we have had the best experience with southern and absolutely love our house and the people who helped put us there everything was set up within 4 days
I could not have asked for a better buying experience while helping my cousin buy their new home. As a first-time buyer, they helped her through the whole process! Every employee there has been amazingly helpful and kind. I felt like I was visiting old friends every time I brought her by to drop off paperwork. I know why they've been in business for 41 years . They are all wonderful people who truly care . And they are definitely doing something right !

I purchased a Deer Valley Barndo. All I can say is that these folks had the absolute best price out of 5 states! They are super nice people and really make you feel like family.
