It was awful. They used a different fabric around the bottom of the chair without even calling to make sure I would like velvet (my material I turned in was an international Moroccan leather and cowhide). I paid the upholstery company 275 to reupholster one chair. After receiving the chair, I called to talk to them about using different fabric around the base of the chair (which again was velvet, completely different than my materials I provided) and the gentlemen on the phone was entirely rude and inappropriate.
