Bob Richards has performed maintenance on our home in Erie on two occasions. Previous to him, others looked at the work and showed no interest and claimed they didn't know was causing the issue. Bob arrived on time, evaluated the issues, and made the repairs. His cost was reasonable, he was fast, professional, personable, and I wouldn't hesitate consulting him again. Actually, I have a couple things on my list...........
