Comfortable apartments & clean terrain.
If I could give a Zero I would. Do not move here. The manager never answers the phone, probably because she is never in the office. No one from maintenance speaks English so you have no way to communicate with them regarding issues in your home. I placed a work order regarding my front door letting all the air out of my home, electric bill was over $300, in June. It is August now and it still has not been fixed. Office is always closed came by to get some information and no one was in the office not even a sign out of office for the rest of the day. Out of courtesy. As a resident this place is a dump with no customer service whatsoever. Properly is out of control new regional does nothing. Cobwebs all over the front office door.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience at Timberline Condos. The office manager SHELLY is of no good at the office. PROPERTY LOOKS-LIKE CRAP under her managing. My final day was today and I had to video her doing the final walk through of my apartment to make sure nothing shady happens. She stayed everything was fine and Once the walk through was over we walked over to the office and she refused to give me the final account statement and proceeded to say they the carpet needed cleaning. multiple work orders have gone uncom... read more
I have lived here 5 years. The Tipton Group are bad, I will never live anywhere they manage again. I believe they and their friends write reviews. I did not have cockroaches when I moved here, but I moved into a nest. The tenant upstairs would not let them spray. It took 4 months after they moved to get rid of the roaches. There was a big beautiful shade tree, but they took it out and in the warm months, it is 85 plus degrees with the sun beating down when it comes up.
