I have lived here 5 years. The Tipton Group are bad, I will never live anywhere they manage again. I believe they and their friends write reviews. I did not have cockroaches when I moved here, but I moved into a nest. The tenant upstairs would not let them spray. It took 4 months after they moved to get rid of the roaches. There was a big beautiful shade tree, but they took it out and in the warm months, it is 85 plus degrees with the sun beating down when it comes up. The BEST EVER customer service received at Timberline with Manager Christina T. Never have I experienced such an incredible, professional, detailed and thorough service. Hands Down, Christina is an example of impeccable outstanding customer service. We had a very major problem, in fact it stemmed from many intricate issues that rolled into a big massive issue & I was TRULY most PLEASANTLY SHOCKED how Christina in an extraordinarily short time solved the problems (string of them!!!). Just moved in today!! Everyone has been so helpful and kind, and the property manager Stephanie got me moved in today. She is amazing, and the apartment is perfect! The property is beautiful and wonderfully taken care of! And Stephanie took amazing care of me too. Can’t wait to enjoy my new home!
I moved in about three months ago and I was not satisfied. There were issues that needed to be resolved and I started complaining immediately. Stephanie and the maintenance staff worked weekly to complete everything that needed to be completed to make my experience more pleasant and my home more comfortable. Every time I have needed anything I receive an email or call the same day or the next business day and for that I have to give 5 stars for the effort and consistency in resolving these issues that I have received. So!! I've been renting here for about 6 months now. And love every minute of it. The office manager Ms. Stephanie is truly amazing.Her nice and friendly attitude is always a pleasure to encounter. Even before l moved in she made me feel more than welcome. There were only a few things that needed to be taken care of when I moved in but she made sure that it was taken care of expeditiously.
