The manager working at the vault today was more worried about how I was dressed than being polite. He was inappropriately whispering to an employee and she smirked at me. Nobody in the bank asked if I needed help or why I was there. I was considering switching my bank but I’ve decided because how rude the staff acted towards me.
terrible service. they have no clue what’s going on. Bob has dropped the ball at every step, and these are grade school things i’m talking about here. the incompetence is remarkable.

What a wonderful bank to work with! Keir and all the other bank team members have been great. We had difficulty with our Paycheck Protection Program application with a nationwide bank we had done our business banking with for almost 10 years. After waiting for over a month for them to review our PPP application we were given an email reply that it was incomplete and not accepted. We were not given an option to talk with anyone in person about how to correct our application just to resubmit it electronically and hope for the ... read more
