We have been living at this place for 6 Months in a Town home dealing with a very noisy neighbor who is loud from morning to morning. She lets her kids rip and run through the house, bang on the wall, and make other loud noises. We've tried to talk to the neighbor and she less then cares at all. However, we did talk to the office who said that they've done all that can, basically told us that there is nothing that they can do, and told us that we can move into another unit.
