Well stocked hardware store, had everything I needed. Employees not very friendly though.
Stopped in to ask a simple question the other day and ask about where an item was, and the general manager, Bob Hines, couldn’t even tell me where to find it. Instead of handling it professionally, he turned around and snapped at one of his employees to go find it for him right in front of customers. You could tell the workers were uncomfortable and tense around him. I’ve shopped at Ace Hardware Timberline in Heber for years and have never left a review, but the multiple experiences I have had with the general manager has been unbelievable in the worst way. It also seems i'm not the only one based on some of the other reviews i've been reading. His leadership sets the tone for a store, and if this is the tone, it explains a lot.
