Came in on Monday, July 6, and had a very disappointing experience. Every employee I interacted with was RUDE and completely UNHELPFUL. I asked for help finding an item that the website showed was in stock and even listed the aisle number. I’ve always liked shopping at this Ace Hardware because it’s one of the few hardware stores in town, but my experience on Monday, July 6, was really disappointing. I first called the store looking for a specific item, and the employee simply said, “I don’t know, man… maybe you should Google it,” before hanging up.
