Nice people but horrible return policy. I will just buy on Amazon next time, I had used a step ladder for one day and really didn’t like it. The wrapping and everything was still on it: They said I couldn’t return it because it was used and while I totally get it (they’re a business and it would be difficult to sell it like that) I know I don’t like the product, and if this were Amazon for example I could return it, no damage at all just the labeling had gotten a bit wet.
