Some delays in getting installation done but Sooo worth the wait! Before and after!
I purchased a Lopi wood insert from here. Nick and Cristina were knowledgeable, friendly and prompt with their communication. I had a great experience with them at the store and a great experience with Gus and the guys who delivered it to my house. Thanks for the great experience.
Purchased a top of the line gas fireplace insert. Sales and installation were very knowledgeable however they promised to send me installation photos for final inspection records but after asking for them 3 times I still haven’t received any photos. A little disappointed.
Had a problem with my Timberline gas fireplace, which wouldn’t light. Called Timberline, who was great to discuss my issue on the phone and schedule a service call. They came out to troubleshoot the issue, but were also able to fix the problem the same day! Highly recommend them for their professionalism, cleanliness, and fair price.
