The staff at Timberline were fantastic! They patiently answered all my questions about wood burning inserts, helping me choose the perfect model for my home. They also made the permit process a breeze, handling the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Helped me find a licensed electrician around my area and they talked to him what needed to be done. Our LOPI wood burning stove had a major component fail. Timberline is the only Authorized LOPI repair in the area. I sent pictures of the issue and have left 4-5 vm (they never answer the phone). Neither my email or phone calls have gotten a reply.

Love the final product! Very reliable and super helpful staff, I definitely recommend them!!!
Went in to price up a new gas fireplace insert and met with Nick who was very helpful. Nick went over many options and took the time to explain what each unit could do, and the permit process and what to expect. There was no pressure and plan on using them as soon as permits are done.
