Our condo Homeowners Association has been using Timberlee and Co for many years They have done big projects and small ones for us. The quality of their work is top notch The people working there are experts and their customer service is great. I would highly recommend them for your next job.

In 2023 we contracted Timberlee & Co to complete an exterior project for us, including a deck. Tim, the owner, was very responsive, has excellent communication, is transparent and has integrity. His workmanship is top-notch, and he genuinely cares about the process and the end-product. Our outdoor space is now a beautiful area to enjoy everything Colorado has to offer. He is an all-round good guy who is easy to work with. I highly recommend Timberlee & Co.
LOOK ELSEWHERE! Don’t even know where to begin with all the issues: * Incorrect floor installation by TIMBERLEE that required removing and reinstalling a new floor at homeowners expense. (Homeowners hired an independent flooring expert recommended by a local reputable flooring company to diagnose the issue with the floor cupping) * Condo needed to be re-wired as electrical was not installed per code. * A kitchen downdraft vent did not function because it was installed, within a kitchen island, with the packing anchors still ... read more
Tim and his crew at Timberlee and CO remodeled a bathroom and added and extra closet at our home. The finished product turned out way better than expected.
