Had used this vet for years for my cat and dog. No problems up until recently where I had taken my cat in for a post op appointment, expressed concerns about his eyes and it was dismissed and not looked into. My cat’s condition has now worsened and may have URI. Very upset about the fact that my concerns as a pet parent, were brushed off and it affected my cats health.
Dr Compton is absolutely amazing!! After having a not so pleasant experience at another local vet she was a breath of fresh air! She was so gentle and caring towards our dog and took the time to explain and allow me to fully understand my dogs condition! Even gave a print out to explain it! Highly recommend her!!
Very personable when we went here. I wish we lived closer. I will always remember that one of the Vet's called our tiny pug (at the time anyway) a chickem nugget lol!! Loved that. Friendliness to strangers and their pet's goes a long way. Our current vet unfortunately lacks this. Keep up the great work, cheers!!

Truly such an amazing animal hospital. My kitten decided to stop using the litter box suddenly and I was desperate to have her seen by a vet before the weekend. As it was late afternoon Friday, understandably my usual vet was fully booked and unable to see me. This was my final hope before having to opt for an emergency vet and they managed to squeeze me in within the hour. I couldn’t be more grateful and every staff I interacted with was so kind and helpful.
