Can't ever get anyone to answer phone
Very shady business practices and they have no problem lying. They will deliberately hurt you, to make a profit, not return calls to force you into paying days of excess storage fees, if you leave negative, and real reviews they will punish you by keeping your belongings. Sharla doesn’t answer calls, is petty, and plain rude. The business practices seem borderline illegal and most definitely unethical.
