I walked in to purchase a stihl backpack blower. The staff greeted me as I walked through the door and the transaction was quick and simple. Bob ran the transaction and then went through the machine step by step on how to operate. We even stepped outside and again went through the starting procedure step by step. Extremely friendly and well knowledged of the product. Once that was complete I asked Bob if he can show me how to fill trimming string into the same model stihl trimmer. He had no issues doing so.
