Our house was built in 2022 and when we asked about finding things that got missed we were told that we had 30 days to find anything that got missed to just let the supervisor know. We were first time home buyers and believed it. I emailed them about a few things and were told we had to go through their warranty page submission. Avoid timberland contractors by all means! Very shady and shoddy craftsmanship! Timberland BBB complaint Home has one year warranty beginning July 15 2016. Ceiling had a crack expanding across entire kitchen. Also crack in ceiling upon entry way which builder stated it was not cracked. Kitchen ceiling was not properly repaired so it began to crack after one week.
