Bad. Rude.
Purchased a shaving cabinet a few months back, but hadn't opened it until just recently. Unfortunately the cabinet was damaged. Timberland Kitchens were very helpful & willingly replaced the cabinet with no fuss. It was a pleasure to deal with them on both occasions. Would recommend them for their advice, assistance & integrity.
After waiting 5 weeks to get a quote from these guys, they told me they were too busy. Poor customer service
