Had the worst customer experience of my life. Rented a sander, was given a finisher instead. When I returned it and politely tried to explain that it was not what I had needed the cashier got in my face, yelling at me and trying to intimidate me. Unfortunately this is not an isolated event; I found out after the fact that a co-worker had an identical experience 6 weeks earlier.
