Very pleasant and accommodating for a last minute request. No driver available and the owner said she would hand-deliver it herself! Now that's exceptional service.
I ordered a funeral arrangement and asked that they make something unique and special. The arrangement was beautiful and unique, just like they said they would do. I received excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Timberland Frame and Floral!
When I called from out of town to order flowers for my grandmothers funeral, the staff at Timberland were so helpful. I wanted something special for her funeral. I explained what I wanted but didn't think they could do it. They assured me that they would take care of my order.
