I can't believe it needs to be said that it's entirely inappropriate to be committing Insurance Fraud, but apparently even after getting caught on video on the evening news they still can't be honest
The experience with Michael Head and Timberland Exteriors of Colorado was fantastic. I changed roof before but never understood how it works with the insurance. That was, till I met Michael. Not only did he do a terrific job communicating, but also acted in the best interest of me, the customer. During the process, I ran into an issue. As a roof consultant, integrity and honesty are two things I highly value when helping a property owner choose a contractor. So when CBS produces a news story about a local contractor intentionally damaging homes and fraudulently marking it up for hail, and misrepresenting themselves both to insurance companies and to property owners it truly is awful to me.
