Customer service is good but the laces on these boots I purchased on Black Friday last year are not. I tie my boots tight but the laces are constantly coming undone, so I have to stop to tie them. And the quality of the laces is so bad that the outer Coating is already wearing. I’ve never had laces do this.
Linda helped me find the perfect pair of hiking boots for my next few excursions! I appreciate the help without the sales staff being overly pushy.
DO NOT BUY HERE Multiple problems have led me to swear off this store forever. 1) I’ve NEVER been able to get them to honor their return policies. They ALWAYS find an excuse, even if I just turned around after leaving the store. 2) It’s rare you find someone who ACTUALLY knows what they are selling. One girl kept asking if I wanted to buy shoes or leave (she was pointing to boots) 3) These are the lowest quality Timberlands I’ve ever seen.
