Where is the budget? Why no audit done for years? Website has no useful information. No recent meeting minutes, no current budget, no valid financial reports. Bunch of amateurs, are they not complying to bylaws
Only 2 stars because of the new HOA directors. -20 stars for the crappy neighbors and lack of responsibility/accountability from them. We see exactly where the former administration came from and crookedness was supported by.
New HOA board of directors added to the Team! Positive change is happening and we can’t do it without our community. Get involved and help support your new HOA board on their positive path forward. Check on your neighbors. We can’t do everything on our own but we will try our best to help everyone we can. Hope to see you all at the next event.
Horrible biased HOA with tons of drama and takes it out on their residents, especially renters. Would not recommend even the squirrels to live here.
