The area has a lot of amenities but they require multiple people to use them (like tetherball, volleyball, or tennis) and nobody else ever plays. The gym got butchered because the manager removed all the free weights. Susan probably saw I was lifting too much on incline and got scared and removed them. My mom complained a lot about the rules but I personally never ran into many rule violations. I do have a major, MAJOR concern with Timberlake. The HOA fees have doubled in just 5 years. Voting was held here. Very close to my home and convenient for voting. Parking was fine, plenty of people coming and going. Small line but nothing compared to what is experienced in the past. Hold up was really registering people. Tons of open machines. People still try to use their cell phones at the polling which is silly because numerous people tell them not to and it's the law.
Very nice place to have an event, clean facility
