Excellent experience! When a flooring store in Chapel Hill refused to trim a large area rug for us because it would be too difficult, David said yes. After we scheduled it, it was an almost immediate turn around and very well done. Very professional and positive interaction! Highly recommend.

We had Timberlake do a whole room rug for our living room. David and his team did a fantastic job and got it just right. His prices are reasonable and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.
Completely unprofessional. Canceled my wife’s project 1 week before install was scheduled to happen, after the material was in and ready. Even worse, did it via a one-line email with no justification/explanation. A vendor without a customer service mindset or sense of integrity is always a risk. Beware.
I cannot say enough about Timberlake's Carpets. They do excellent work and have great attention to detail. David is such a pleasure to work with and I enjoy all my interactions with him.
