I really wish I could give no stars. I didn’t even work with the people and they were rude. I sent in my story of what I needed help with and at the beginning of my message I wrote please read the whole thing and his message begins with “I didn’t read the whole thing.” Wow so professional. They are a joke. I’d represent myself before I’d ever get these clowns to do it!

So far I'm terribly disappointed with the way I've been treated. I can't get updates & the receptionists are extremely rude. I am taking notes of every call & the rude things I'm told each time.
