The worst decision I ever made in my life was buying a condo here. If I could give it a negative rating I would. I’ve had so many issues. There have been rat/mice infestations in my building, which took months to resolve. My ceiling started leaking from a condensation drain back up that wasn’t fixed in a timely manner and now I have holes in my wall and ceiling that the HOA won’t fix even though it was their plumbing line that clogged.
