The mobile home park has been making a lot of changes, which is common for established communities. But the way they’re handling things shows a lack of concern for their elderly and disabled tenants. They have new parking spaces at the beginning of the driveways and are now threatening fines or towing for residents who park closer to their homes. Do NOT rent from Timberlake Estates. I would honestly rather be homeless than deal with them again. My girlfriend rented here for a year and it was one of the worst rental experiences. The rules are extremely strict for a trailer park. You can barely have anything outside no pool, no trampoline, and even having plants can be an issue. They recently made a new rule saying you can only have two cars per lot, which is crazy considering this is not an apartment complex. Trailer park was very nice and clean just got approved for a house out there hopefully everything goes well only issue is only 2 cars in the driveway
DO NOT MOVE TO TIMBERLAKE ESTATES IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE‼️The rules are like you are in jail. You can’t have outside toys for ur kids(no pools no trampolines nothing), you can’t have more than two cars now, etc etc!!! THEY ARE TRASH!!!! Having to get rid of two of my cars that we own and have license plates on!!!
