Absolutely horrible cabinet company to deal with. If I didn’t have these cabinets installed from the builder I would never use them. They are the most unprofessional company employees I have ever dealt with. They don’t return calls, they don’t show up to appointments on time, and they reschedule you without even asking and you have to wait another month before they can even potentially come back. They were very messy and installed the wrong skin for one of the cabinets. This was the second time having them out for a warranty repair. They damaged the wall around the cabinet and left a mess everywhere. Didn’t even bother having them come back out to correct the skin.

I moved into a new house in San Antonio 3 mos ago and the builder was using Timberlake Cabinets. When we made our initial pass of the house, we found that the drawer under the stovetop wouldn’t open (it was hitting the stovetop parts) and two cabinet doors were nailed to the cabinets with no knobs or hinges attached. To make a long story short, the drawer was fixed, but three months later, one of our cabinets still has no doors after repeated requests from our builder, and pulls and drawer handles were never installed. Poor quality with lots of cosmetic issues that they are not handling properly. The rep I encountered was extremely rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake with my island counter where the microwave goes and won’t own up to it or fix it.
