I wish I could click zero stars. My hard working mother bought a brand new house, freshly built and they installed cupboards of all different shades. The cupboards clearly do not match and the guy that showed up to take a look said “yeah looks like something lifted the color” when it’s clearly two completely different textures and colors and said he couldn’t do anything. One star is already too many stars! Horrible customer service!!! I’ve been waiting for more than a year to get a cabinet door replaced. It was part of the house warranty. They kept saying they had scheduled the appointment then nobody came. I kept asking to schedule another appointment, they didn’t reply for months! Then they told me they finally “found” the report from last visit and that they would contact me in a day or two. It’s been a year and nobody came or contacted us. And the cabinet door still needs to be replaced.... read more
the customer service is awful, i asked a question advising that i got there number from the home builder and the response was yeah well they gave you the wrong number, very unprofessional and unhelpful.
