This office won’t even answer their phone. It just rings. I tried calling the corporate customer “care” center, and some woman named Shae told me that I can’t request the color and finish of my own cabinets, that the builder has to do that on my behalf. Why can I not be given this information for my own house? I need to replace something and I need for it to be the same color as everything else. Not even sure why anyone is working for this company if they’re so unwilling to provide any iota of assistance.
Awful company.
I wish I could click zero stars. My hard working mother bought a brand new house, freshly built and they installed cupboards of all different shades. The cupboards clearly do not match and the guy that showed up to take a look said “yeah looks like something lifted the color” when it’s clearly two completely different textures and colors and said he couldn’t do anything. One star is already too many stars! Horrible customer service!!! I’ve been waiting for more than a year to get a cabinet door replaced. It was part of the house warranty. They kept saying they had scheduled the appointment then nobody came. I kept asking to schedule another appointment, they didn’t reply for months! Then they told me they finally “found” the report from last visit and that they would contact me in a day or two. It’s been a year and nobody came or contacted us.
