I live in Timberlake, been robbed 4 times. There is no security anymore. Just got the letter increasing lot rent again. Owner will make over 82000 a year more and give us nothing. Lots of criminals here.

Every mobile home moving company I have talked to today have said that they have been moving trailers out of this trailer park left and right because of the new managment at Timberlake. The only thing missing at this place is hitler himself. My friend has lived here for 6 years in peace, the last year hasnt been so peaceful. The "compliance officer" drives around at least once a hour at night, creeping by slowly, flashing lights in yards and on vehicles of visitors and friends. I give timerlake 5 stars, I feel safe living in Timberlake. They have done a great job with improvements in the park and my kids now have a safe place to play. Obviously some people do not like to follow rules. As far as I can see, I have not seen any homes moved from Timberlake only new residents moving in. I am glad we have people in here that care if there is drug dealers in here and will do what it takes to get them out. I dont need people trying to sell my kids drugs where I live.
