This place is amazing! Wonderful place to get away from it all. The photos and website doesn't do it justice. The Viking cabin has a corner window view of the lake - it's up on a small rise above the lake and the view is just INCREDIBLE. You can watch the sunset from the screen porch or from the recliners in front of the picture windows. Amazing. View is of pristine woods along the opposite shoreline. I love this resort. My parents and I have been going since I was born. It's very quiet and beautiful scenery. It is not for everyone though, there is very little contact with the outside world, the nearest reliable phone signal is about a 10 minute drive away. But for a place to get away from every problem in the world, there is no better place to turn your mind off and go fishing.
