The staff are great. For the most part. Its the understaffing that's the issue. Working employees to death. Management does NOT care. Period. Putting them and residents in unsafe situations. Im surprised this facility has not been shut down yet.
Multiple OSHA and BOLI violations.
Overworked, Understaffed, and Undervalued it’s been an incredibly frustrating experience. The job itself is rewarding, but the lack of support and constant understaffing have made it unbearable. We’re consistently short on staff, which means caregivers are expected to pick up the slack, often working double shifts without any breaks. The workload is overwhelming, with too many clients to care for and not enough time to provide the attention and quality care they deserve.
