I will never rent a cabin from Timber Tops (Amazing Views) again. The cabin I rented in January for July had an issue. We were told 1 1/2 hrs. prior to check in. They gave us 2 cabins to choose from. Unfortunately, the cabin we ended up choosing - The Majestic - had so many issues! It was filthy, broken furniture, leak in one of the bedrooms, various toilet and sink issues. VERY RUDE and there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give a zero I would. This was one of the worst stays I have ever had with this company. We have stayed with them for years and have never had a problem like this. I booked the cabin from Thursday through Monday (and paid dearly for it) to celebrate my son graduating from college. I invited all family to stay with us and was very embarrassed because the alarm kept going off on Saturday night and on Sunday night.
