matt came out at 1am and stayed to help us capture and release 2 bats flying around our kids room! there are bats living in the walls & somehow getting into our apartment every night. There’s a lot said about this place but the one thing that’s always been amazing here is Matt the maintenance man, we called emergency maintenance for a bat problem and he came down at midnight and helped us for an hour and a half and caught two bats for us, not only did he do that he was in great spirits, not once did he complain he thanked us and was just all around an amazing person. The properties might have their issues but when there’s people like Matt around helping it makes those issues seem small
Do not move here. This place is a health and safety nightmare. I have been reporting the same issues for 4 months with zero resolution. My roof has been leaking the entire time and that leak has destroyed my furniture, ruined the carpet, and caused mold growth throughout my apartment. My sinks don’t drain. The electricity goes out constantly. The A/C doesn’t work. And if that wasn’t enough, I have rats in the walls and raccoons getting into my apartment.
