Not able to exchange my purchase, and definitely no refunds. Overpriced for what you get. Be 100% certain of your choice before you buy.
Called and seemed nice enough. Went to look at what they stock for a large project. However, timber prices were 5-10$ more than most for twisted, heavily knotted, shaked and bowing pieces with significant waning at ends. Was asked to leave in a less than friendly way.
