I went to Timber search as a retail customer, so I can't speak on the Auction experience. This place is amazing, with an amazing selection of different types of timber to choose from. If you are making some furniture, or in my case, some bench tops, this place is fantastic. The timber was very well priced, great quality, and also importantly the staff were fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. I am looking forward to going back to get Timber for my next project.
Not able to exchange my purchase, and definitely no refunds. Overpriced for what you get. Be 100% certain of your choice before you buy.
Called and seemed nice enough. Went to look at what they stock for a large project. However, timber prices were 5-10$ more than most for twisted, heavily knotted, shaked and bowing pieces with significant waning at ends. Was asked to leave in a less than friendly way.
