The owners treat tenants like trash. They are the landowners and you pay them forever. Then when you want to move no one wants your old trailer. A win win for money coming into them forever. Buy a house you can own. Let them mistreat some one else and not you.
Best to have your own place and not have someone tell what you have to do. Impossible to sell when you have to move.
