HEED THE REVIEWS‼️ I still wanted to give this place a chance, put my own eyes on it. I viewed the outside of the mobile home & decided to see if I could speak with someone in the office to view the inside. Where the office is, is unclear. The shed in the side yard of a trailer is apparently the office. I wasn’t sure whether if the tiny home was the office or the mobile home next door to the right. Thought it was a nice place at first, then I entered a mobile home and feared for my life! If the place collapsed, the bugs would have me eaten in minutes. Not maintained at all and disgusting!
Mobile homes are old and unliveable. Floors rotted, plumbing leaking, vent pipe not sealed properly, mold and mildew growing. Unsafe!! Do not let your loved ones live here.
"If the gates of Hell had a trailer park, it would be Timber Ridge." Let me paint you a picture: I moved into Timber Ridge hoping for “affordable living” and left with emotional damage, three tetanus shots, and a raccoon that still follows me around like a cursed spirit guide. First off, the “community” part is generous.
