DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place has more complaints from its residents than i even knew was possible. They are way to fine happy and WILL give you fines for almost nothing or blame you for other people’s stuff. There is always dog poop out in the dog area or lack of bags. We have needed our stove fixed for over 2 months and have told management directly and yet still my stove is broken! So many people here are counting down the days till lease ends. Timber ridge has gone way down hill. They’re sneaky and don’t hold themselves to the standards of their tenants. When I rented my apartment I was told there was an option for a substitution agreement to end the lease early. You pay $500 and they will re-rent your place. What you won’t find in the lease is that they will make you pay an extra 3 days of tenancy when you’re not even there to “turn the apartment”. Also, they automatically take $175.00 to “paint”. My dog peed on the deck and they warned me, I felt bad my wife cleaned it up well the cleaner froze and later they accused me again I said it had to be risidual from the clean up process. Now again I get a 200 dollar fine. Dogs haven’t been out since the first time they told us. Also he was in diapers. I am getting punished for my complaints of the conditions here. I applied for an apartment at Timber Ridge after paying the $45 non-refundable application fee as well as a $500 security deposit. After my application was denied, I reached out to the office to inquire about expediting my security deposit refund due to a family emergency and was told that they would request it, but it could not be guaranteed.
