My dog peed on the deck and they warned me, I felt bad my wife cleaned it up well the cleaner froze and later they accused me again I said it had to be risidual from the clean up process. I applied for an apartment at Timber Ridge after paying the $45 non-refundable application fee as well as a $500 security deposit. After my application was denied, I reached out to the office to inquire about expediting my security deposit refund due to a family emergency and was told that they would request it, but it could not be guaranteed. Timber Ridge has been a great place to live the past couple years. Grace, Kami and the entire staff are always so friendly and helpful. The unit is beautiful with tons of natural light and storage space, and the shared spaces are great additions. Thanks!Â
