I normally don’t leave reviews, but I honestly wish someone would’ve warned me before moving here. The apartments themselves are very small, not much space at all, and the floors were damaged with dents when I moved in. What made the experience worse was the environment. As a college student living on my own, I felt constantly judged and targeted. During a recent blizzard that dropped nearly a foot of snow, the parking lot and sidewalks were not plowed or cleared, leaving residents to struggle through deep snow just to get to their cars. Management refuses to do any winter maintenance on weekends — apparently snow is only a problem Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, weather doesn’t operate on a schedule, and neither should basic property maintenance. Exceptional standards of quality.
Apartments look nice and staff are friendly. The walking trail and views are wonderful. Nice zero G massage chair is a plus. Community room is nice and you can reserve it for FREE (update- there is a bathroom but it’s down the hall and I didn’t know about it for 3.5 months after move in)! There is free fresh ground coffee in the community room. Gym is okay kind of small. Parking is surface lot or exterior garage with long waiting list. Garbage must be walked outside to dumpster.
