I called 6 days ago, leaving message for you to call me back to talk to a representative about a home, and for you to send brochure and catalog,, you have never responded ..
I would not recommend this company to anyone EVER. The entire experience was a disaster. Taking 6+ months longer than they had quoted, the number of mistakes and overall incomplete items that were left, and their argumentative responses to the complaints are just the main issues. Not a single part of the experience was positive and the complete lack of customer service skills throughout the build was disheartening.
