Took a group there. The staff so friendly as well as the clients/ guests.
This would’ve been a 10/10, 5 stars if it wasn’t for the restaurants and gift shop being closed during our stay. It wasn’t communicated with us that these would be closed right after the Labor Day holiday. If it was, we would’ve stayed elsewhere as this is why we came here with a group including 5 littles under 4. They did refund a resort fee for the inconvenience which was helpful. Great getaway for the family. The rooms are spacious, a 1 bedroom suite accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. Moose and Maple (their in-house restaurant) is a gem, great food and our waitress Betty was 10/10, especially with the kiddos. Water park is awesome, loved that they have a big area for the smaller ones. Wish we stayed longer because there's a lot to do! Don't forget about the gift shop area with ice cream. They had a PJ story time at 8pm in the lobby!! The staff is great. Highly recommend.
We really love coming to Timber Ridge. The staff are helpful and the Waterpark is really clean as well as fun. There is a lot to do for both my older and younger kids.
