From my personal experience, I advise you to avoid Timber Ridge Auto repair. They turned a great car into a dead car. It has been an awful experience. We took a Volvo in after the AC compressor they had installed last fall seized and broke the serpentine belt. We said we wanted an estimate to fix what needed fixing. For $2400 they replaced the AC and belt. Upon leaving the shop the car’s AC worked when moving but blew hot air at idle. We took it back. They charged another diagnostic fee and said it needed a fan….for another ... read more

CHARGED ME $140 TO CHANGE AN AIR FILTER THAT ONLY HAD 70 MILES ON IT. NEVER TOUCHED THE ISSUE I BROUGHT IT IN FOR, CHARGED ME $700 TOTAL, CAR DIED 5 MILES OFF THE LOT. Took my car in with detail description of the situation from a guy who normally works on his own cars. I needed an 02 sensor bank looked at. Ive started a new 4 am job, so my time is wonky, i needed soneone else to get it done. I had done a diagnostic as did they which showed the issue. This shop is a life-saver! They squeezed us in at the end of the day when our engine light went in during a road trip. Diagnosed and fixed the problem and sent us on our way in 60 minutes. Super thankful
While on a 9+ hour drive during a heatwave with a toddler my cars air conditioner compressor stopped working. Timber ridge squeezed me into their busy schedule and got me back on the road very quickly.
