I was pulling my camper to Virginia Beach to visit my son, and 2 grandkids, with my wife and other grandchild. My truck started misfiring and we needed some repairs. I called from the road and they told us they would fit us in. They weren't able to get us fixed before quitting time, so the wonderful owner of the shop allowed us to plug our camper up to his shop with water and electric. Broke down on 81 Sunday afternoon they got the van in first thing Monday morning up and running and back on the road by 2pm!! Very nice people and reasonably priced work!!
Computers down, had to wait. Over charge labor(out of state people), but owner drives 88,000 dollar truck. Go figure. Said he gave me a deal. I disagree. It would have cost me half, back home! My air conditioner is not cool. Only few days and back to what is was. Owner did work. I thought Myrtle Beach was bad. I'm moving to area. Will not do business with this garage anymore. What a disappointment. This does not reflect on mechanics. Only to the owner and upper management. Not good for community!
