Won’t refund my deposit. Lived here for 4 years by myself. Basically never really there as a truck driver. But maintenance isn’t very responsive. Left the place decent and clean. But I’ve been gone going on 4 months and still haven’t been refunded my deposit due to ownership not having the money. The office ladies are cool given the circumstances. Appreciate their patience and great customer service!
I love Timber Ridge so much! The office staff are so hardworking! Selena and Jade in the office are so sweet and are always willing to help me with any problems. Maintenance is quick and reliable getting work orders done in a timely manner.
I've lived here for almost a year now. I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments are comfortable and move-in ready. The management team is professional, friendly, and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Communication has always been clear, and it’s evident that the staff genuinely care about the residents and the overall quality of the property. I’m happy living here and would definitely recommend ... read more
