Absolutely awful in terms of property quality and management. I was owed $520 in a refund of overpaid rent plus a security deposit when I moved out. They never pay me this amount and instead 2 years later they send me to a collections agency and make a remark on my credit for saying I owe them $520. Now I'll have to spend a month getting this corrected by the credit bureaus all because the management was so inept they didn't bother doing any due diligence to see what my actual account balance was.
A HUGE thank you to Selena and John for their urgency on a maintenance issue that occurred this evening. Even though this hasn't been the first time dealing with the issue, resolution to the issues were fast and beyond expectations of request(s). Both Selena and John went above and beyond to help expedite and fully acknowledged issues that were spoken about. I look forward to continuing living at Timber Ridge for years to come!
