How long is the waitlist?
I have been living here for over 4 years without any issues. Besides fraudulent, that goes on in the rent office all the time. Last year, the Property manager got caught. And swindle me for $2400 . Now they are under new management. And I am still having the same troubles. Ms. Teresa from corporate office has put in for me to receive a utility card three months ago, and I still have not received it from the Mail or Ms, Thea miller. I live here I been here 20 years and now they decide to give me a fraudulent paper on my door to tell me that they wasn’t renewing my lease and didn’t give a reason. They sends out fraudulent 30 day notices to put people out. They are nasty and the company that owns these apartments doesn’t look into the complaints that’s being filed on them.
