RecommendedI have lived here for 6 years. have lived through 3 managers all of whom did NOTHING to improve. The previous owner allowed drug lords to live here no maintenance at all. we now have new owners and a manager that is AWESOME! This entire place has changed and all for the better. I dont see people speeding or hear fighting. I do hear kids playing and families walking around happy. I am so glad to see all the amazing changes and things are getting fixed! Before the new owners took over I would absolutely NOT refer anyone to live here !! Now this is one of the BEST places to live !! The new owners are very nice and easy to work with!! I'm so very thankful for Billy and Shawn and all they are doing to make our community better for our family's and new families to come!! Thank You Again youre Truly appreciated!!
Definitely would reccomend now that there are new owners. I've been here close to 4 years and would have never recomended it before. They are working on making the park nicer & actually building relationships that were lost or never had with the old owners.
