Chronically understaffed at the dock. Usually one hour to load, once you reach the dock. The line for the dock might be 1 - 6 hours. Monday afternoons are slowest. The few people they do have are friendly and doing their best, but fatigued and sore.

Don’t get here to make a flatbed pickups. Long waiting time. No one cares about you, your time. Business like this should have a better management.

They're taking an awfully long time to load. I've been standing there for five hours. And the empty truck has been waiting two hours to be loaded, and no one's loading it. The line behind me is huge. Does management even care?

My experience was good. Had appt for 0800. Arrived at 0700 and greeted by very nice gaurd that gave me instructions and a map to show where to go. You supposed to get an empty weight (dry van), but the scale was broken, so proceeded to go to stop sign and wait for fork lift driver. There was already 1 truck in a dock, and after about 10 minutes fork lift driver asked me to back into the 2nd dock, slid tandems. Took about 45 minutes to load.
