The main thing I’ve learned from my experience with Timber Lakes is this, never lease from a corporately owned residence. As soon as they get you to sign their lease agreement, all they care about is retrieving your money and literally have no concern for you as an individual. Halfway through our lease we were offered free housing through our work and therefore began the process of looking at our lease agreement to find out our options of having someone else take it over for us legally.
