We just purchased an engraved Benchmade from Timber Knives and it turned out beautiful! The owner was so helpful the entire process and it was ready for pick up the very next day. Unfortunately they were closed unexpectedly however; the owner left a number to call and worked to get us our knife without delay. I would highly recommend this company and will use again. The products speak for itself but the customer service is priceless 👌

I stopped in randomly the other day with my son’s US Army knife that his father gave him on the day of his basic training graduation to had it engraved as he had passed away unexpectedly after the graduation and I wanted to carry his wishes to completion with the engraving on our sons knife. The gentlemen in this store were extremely helpful with selecting fonts and confirming the message would fit, but most of all, they were caring and went the extra mile by showing their grace. I sold a custom knife on consignment and took store credit for my commission. I then just kind of forgot about it. I moved out of the area and was in town probably about ten years later. I stopped by and just shot in the dark asked if they had a record of my credit. The store had changed owners and no surprise to me they didn’t have a record.
