The community is nice and the pool is a nice size. It's good to go when the weather is nice.
We haven’t had any issues. Clean and maintained. No lifeguards but they have secured gates that only parents can access. The kids love it. This year they brought in some picnic tables. Looking forward to our first picnic. 😀
NO short term rentals and NO ATVs and that is why I live here. Other communities that have them are so loud and the people living there are hating it. Thanks for not allowing those things!!! A++
