Smooth!! Simple move in process. We were approved FAST!! Brand new home!! We just moved in today. It’s a beautiful home. There’s a lot more pros than cons here. Out of all the communities we visited this was by far the best. Go see Jillian. She’s got the deals.
Some people cant use online forums so you cant even apply for anything unless it's online. Was very disappointed
