This is absolutely one of the worst schools in the Owings Mills area. The teachers are never there, the kids always have a substitute. The kids are out of control on their way to and from school. The principal will just listen to you and then minimize your concerns. For 2018-2019 this horrible school now has 2 resource officers on the property for a elementary school!!!! I went to school there in the late 70's early 80's. I went through the 5th/6th grade. My 5th grade teacher was Mrs. Bernstein and my 6th grade teacher was Mr. West.
