Detlef was great to deal with and has been on hand to answer any questions I've had post delivery. He was very accommodating when working with us to arrange the delivery of the shed. The quality of the timber of the shed is fantastic and so far the building process has been very easy!

We recently received delivery of our Oscar20. We live in an area that is usually a "we can't help you" or super high delivery costs kind of situation. In this case, neither of those instances occurred. Detlef was extremely communicative and informative from the first quote email till even now after delivery. No question too silly, no situation without solution. Fast, efficient and open, all together making this one of the best interactions I have had as a customer to date.

Would give many more stars if possible. Detlef was amazing throughout the whole process of purchase and construction. I had been looking at another cedar shed of slightly smaller dimensions, and when I came across Timber Garden Sheds, I loved the extra thickness in the walls, and also the double glazed windows and doors. Detlef came up and built it for us. He really knows his stuff, and the new office went up quickly, professionally, and within a tiny space enclosed in trees, so not the easiest work site. I love my cabin and was so happy with the service from Detlef and his team. Efficient and professional yet easygoing, I definitely recommend. Everything is perfect, the hardest thing is deciding on the colour and hoping for sunshine
