I, like many others, have had an extremely negative experience with this company. In 2021, I had laminate flooring installed, and for the past couple of years, the flooring has been lifting and sustaining damage. I have been unable to get any assistance because the company has new owners.
Customers be aware!!! This business has gone under only a few months ago as per their reviews and seems like the same group of owners operate it under different names (CQ Flooring is one example and currently masking it as Dex name ) . Another way to fool customers.
0 stars. Don't buy anything! This company doesn't exist, but takes your money anyway.
